preacher314keep the trash out
A wise person is hungry for knowledge,
while the fool feeds on trash. —
Proverbs 15:14 (NLT)
What we look at matters. What we pay
attention to matters. So we better guard
ourselves from consuming trash. Instead
of watching garbage on television, use
your eyes to fill yourself up on God’s
Words. Don’t listen to trash talk; instead
listen to inspiring Bible classes.
It’s been said “you are what you eat.

Has it really been that long?
So many things have changed since my last time here, two years ago.
I am still the same in many ways, yet parts of me are so different that I cannot believe they are parts of me.
I'm working now, which is good, because I feel more independent, more confident. I recently celebrated my 25th birthday and it was rather wonderful with surprises, treasure hunts, friends and love.

My mum and dad are good. Things have been smooth-sailing since we moved near the sea, away from the ruckus of the city.
My commute to work lasts just ten minutes, which leaves me some extra time for myself.
I've started drawing again and I'm trying to get better.
The things that I loved as the kid I was when I started this blog do not seem that important to me anymore. Life is definitely more real than the safe bubble I lived in.
It's the few people around... (more)

Message: An Unwavering God
Hello My Friend,
Waver, to move one way and the other. You know, quite often, our faith in God wavers, in the same day we can have complete faith in Him and wonder why He has left us. You want to know something amazing? God’s faith in us never wavers, no matter how often we cry or complain that God is not with us, He loves us the same, and is always faithful to keep His promises to us. The second we received His Son as our Saviour He made a covenant with us, to never leave nor forsake us, no matter how much we waver. You see, there is something incredible about God that we as humans can never understand, once we are saved God no longer looks as us through ourselves, but through His Son. That means, no matter what we do in the flesh, our soul is tucked safe in the arms of Jesus, and that is unwavering.
